TSX “Terminator” Hydraulic Stump Harvester, with heavy-duty blade, fang, and anvil geometry taken from our proven SHX design. The TSX gives high performance combined with self-contained mounting that does not interfere with existing thumbs and stick mounted equipment.
The AR400 piercing tip and grubbing teeth are virtually indestructible, easily trashing the most stubborn oak and wet cypress stumps. All teeth are welded-in, so they can’t fall out and damage grinders and other downstream equipment.
The blade uses the same CNC sculpted AR500 convex edge used on our SHX Harvesters. You get the same heavy-duty blade technology, in an ultra powerful, twin cylinder hydraulic harvester.
Dual AR400 anvil plates provide an impacted striking surface for the blade, making quick work of processing and cross-cutting brush, logs, and roots.

RRP Rock Ripper
Nye has likely built more custom rippers for different machines than any other attachment manufacturer. Our extra heavy, virtually unbreakable rippers are available with various shank lengths, and tooth configurations, with ripping geometry optimized for frost, rock and shale. The RRP Rock Ripper has a shorter shank designed to increase ripping force.
RRW “WARHEAD” Trenching Ripper
Nye’s new RRW Multi-Tooth Trenching Ripper solves the problem of ripping the sides and corners of trenches when working in hard rock, coral and shale. The angled side fangs easily rip trench walls, and help maintain the required excavation width, right to the bottom.
The side fangs are mounted on the rear of the ripper where they do not interfere with bulk ripping, and their short length maximizes ripping forces for the most severe conditions.
Like all Nye rippers, the RRW is built with a heavy solid steel frame. The extra weight of this heavy plate design is added to the excavator’s own hydraulic downforce for extra penetration on tough ripping jobs.
All Nye rippers are easy to install, safe, silent to operate and available in Quick Coupler and Pin Grabber compatible versions.
Dust Suppression System
Nye DSS heavy-duty Dust Suppression Systems for demolition and underground mining applications where high performance dust control is required.
DSS nozzle systems mount onto the stick and boom of the machine with heavy duty welded pedestals. The nozzles can be adjusted in azimuth and elevation providing flexibility in water delivery direction, volume and spray pattern.
Typical 2 and 4 zone systems have nozzles mounted on the arm and boom point. Standard 1” systems are adequate for most applications, high flow 1 1/2” systems are available as required.
Corrosion proof fire fighting nozzles provide control of spray pattern ranging from heavy stream to fog.
All Nye DSS systems are designed with 12 or 24 VDC heavy duty, solid brass solenoid valves and may be connected to municipal hydrants or pumps with standard connections.
CTL Cab Riser
The Nye CTL hydraulic cab riser offers superior safety and comfort with continuously variable, jostle-free operation, supported by dual high-pressure cylinders. The over-size cylinders feature built-in load-holding valves that prevent accidental lowering, even in the event of catastrophic hydraulic system failure.
The ultra-rigid frame, lift-arms and torque-tubes ensure safe, synchronized cab elevation without wobble and vibration. Over-sized pins and aluminum-bronze bearings ensure long trouble free life, with minimum maintenance.
Each Nye CTL Cab Riser is custom designed to fit your excavator, ensuring exceptional fit, finish, performance, and maximum safety and stability.
Emergency egress, and door interlock systems are standard. Optional up/down tilt function, cab guards, ladders and cat-walks are available. Manual tilt-over “transport type” static risers and forward extending systems are also available.
CCS Cross Cutting Shear
The Nye CCS heavy duty Cross Cutting Shear is our solution for high production log cross-cutting operations under the most demanding conditions.
The CCS features a profiled AR500 main cutting blade with a convex edge for maximum strength and toughness. This is the same CNC sculpted full-convex edge used on our premium SHX compound blade stump harvesters.
Dual AR400 anvils provide a bypass type striking surface for the blade, making quick work of large logs, stumps and roots while protecting the edge.
The replaceable AR400 teeth and CNC contoured piercing tip are welded-in, so they won’t fall out and damage grinders and downstream equipment.
Nye CCS shears are easy to install, safe, silent to operate and available in Direct Pin, Pin Grabber and Quick Coupler versions.
CBT Chuck Blade
The Nye CBT Tilt Chuck Blade features super strong QT100 front and rear beams.
The Heavy-duty double acting cylinders are strategically mounted low on the back, over a sloped bridge plate, which promotes self clearing of mud, stones and debris.
Heavy duty bolt-on edges are standard. The hydraulic control valve provides load holding/relieving, speed control, side hose hookup and hose management functions.
All Nye CBTs have a full 90° tilt range, 45° left and 45° right, with high holding power.
Built for outstanding strength, serviceability and long life. Nye CBTs are available in quick coupler and direct-pin versions.
Thumbs – progressive-link
Nye PT1 Progressive Link (pro-link) weld-on thumbs feature a unique single unit design, manufactured for quick and easy installation.
Heavy-duty biomimetic teeth, with serrations for extra grip, are welded solid to the base edge. The teeth mesh perfectly with your bucket because all Nye thumbs are custom built to suit your existing bucket and tooth arrangement.
The fully independent thumb linkage group is engineered to achieve 160° rotation. A simplified one-piece baseplate design means installation does not require disassembling or altering the factory pins or linkages.
Nye PT1 series pro-link thumbs are strong and versatile, built with quenched and tempered alloy steel to provide years of dependable service in the most demanding forestry and demolition applications.

Side Slinger Bucket
Nye Slinger Buckets are engineered to provide controlled side discharge on either side of the machine.
Dual reversible direct drive hydraulic motors are side mounted for easy accessibility and maintenance.
Both motors are fully adjustable to provide easy tensioning of the conveyor belt and hydraulic motors.
Nye exclusive dual direct drive hydraulic motors eliminate jamming, slipping and cogging.
SSB buckets spread materials left or right, and with an optional ejection chute cover, the operator can effectively control the drop of light materials in tight spaces.
Side sling buckets feature a replaceable heavy-duty conveyor belt with fully adjustable edge guides for consistent flow with a variety of materials.
Skeleton Bucket
Nye Skeleton Buckets are engineered using abrasion resistant and high strength materials to withstand the most severe service.
Design types are available with perforated baskets or interlocked ribs and cross bars that meet the most demanding custom material separation applications.
Both designs do not contain any moving parts and exceed OEM specs.
Tapered vertically and horizontally along with a dual compounded radii profile, SRE buckets allow for easy filling and dumping effectively reducing bottom wear.
